We perform Commercial and Residential Real Estate valuations throughout Southern California. We are approved to work for most major lenders. Services we provide include restricted appraisals, narrative reports, 71A and 71B form reports. We also provide single family, condo and 2-4 appraisals, however, only in San Diego County. All of our reports provide grids for the rental and sales data reconciliation and each report is "custom prepared" for each property. We provide Tier 1, good quality appraisals with turnaround times of one to two weeks from the date of engagement.
