Type Description
1004 Form* The Fannie Mae 1004/Freddie Mac Form 70 report is intended for use with detached single family properties.
2-4 Form* The Fannie Mae 1025/Freddie Mac Form 72 report is intended for use with 2-4 properties and small residential income properties.
71B-Form* The FHLMC 71B (4-Page) report is intended for use with income producing properties, generally with 5 to 10 units and/or loan amounts under $750,000
71A-Form* The Freddie Mac Form 71A (8-Page) report is intended for use with income producing properties, generally with 11+ units and/or a loan amount above $750,000.
Restricted Report* A Restricted Report is a short letter containing a property valuation, generally used for estate planning or tax purposes. In the event that a full appraisal is needed, the appraiser has retained all necessary information for completion of a Summary Report.
